By accessing or using the BEGARH website (begarh.org), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. BEGARH reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use the BEGARH website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the site to transmit harmful, fraudulent, misleading, or illegal content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, systems, or servers.

All content published on the BEGARH website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, graphics, logos, and program descriptions, is the property of BEGARH (Beautiful Gate for Adolescent Reproductive Health) or its licensed contributors, unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content from this website without prior written permission from BEGARH. Requests for permission to use BEGARH content for educational, journalistic, or non-commercial purposes may be directed to hi@begarh.org.

Sharing links to BEGARH articles or pages for non-commercial purposes is permitted and encouraged, provided BEGARH is clearly attributed as the source.

4. Donations and Payments

Donations made through the BEGARH website are processed securely via Fapshi, a licensed Mobile Money payment processor supporting MTN MoMo and Orange Money in Cameroon. Transactions are denominated in XAF (Central African CFA franc).

By submitting a donation, you confirm that:

• You are the authorized owner of the Mobile Money account used to complete the transaction.
• You have sufficient funds to cover the donated amount.
• You understand that all donations to BEGARH are voluntary and made in support of its nonprofit mission.

Refund Policy: All donations are non-refundable once successfully processed. In the event of a duplicate payment or technical error, please contact us at hi@begarh.org within 7 days of the transaction and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

BEGARH does not currently support international payment methods, Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfers. These may be added in future.

5. Limitation of Liability

BEGARH makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and availability of the information on this website. However, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BEGARH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or your inability to access it. Any reliance you place on information provided on this website is strictly at your own risk.
